Handmade holiday day 9: fringe trees
All you need is tissue paper and cones to make these trees. I used 1 piece of tissue paper per tree, and cut into strips. I fringed the strips and glued them onto the cones using a glue stick (Scotch brand). I wrapped the tissue strips around the tree about 3-4 times, and then moved up to the next tier. Keep it simple, or use polka dot or glittered tissue paper.
